I live in a 300-year-old house in the countryside of Mallorca, Spain. As a Japanese woman living with my Spanish husband, our son, and a Border Collie, I maintain the traditional Mallorcan culture and recipes passed down by my mother-in-law. In this video, I prepare St. John’s Wort oil, panadas, and macedonia. 🎧This video supports multi-language subtitles.
